I’m trying to look for the following shields to transmute into my lvl 80 one. Any help in where to find them would be nice. All seem to be unavailable in the TP.

Valley Shield

The Inquest shield you’ve linked looks exactly like the Diamond Aegis skin. That skin is only available in PvE for players who’ve gained a certain amount of points in the Hall of Monuments in GW1.

From the icon, the Valley Shield appears to be the Krytan skin. It’s a fairly cheap, low-level drop, so finding one to transmute shouldn’t be a problem.

I have no idea where to find the Tall Shield skin, but I’d love to know myself. It was one of my favourite shield skins for my Warrior in GW1.
