Guild Wars 2

I got a beta capacitor skinned onto Rox’s Quiver. Now if I use a transmutation splitter will I be able to upgrade the capacitor to the glowing one still?

Hmmmm, maybe. I’m interested to know the answer also.

If aiming to retrieve a skinned item (e.g. Gas mask), the splitter will return the stat item and a non-stat version of the gas mask, i.e. you will have to use another transmutation crystal.
