How to add someone to a squad and how to know that he is in?

cant believe noone knows that?

mmmmhmmmm, I want to recommend a website called wiki.guildwars2.com

1: use the party interface to start or abandon a squad
2: inviting members is just the same as inviting to a party
3: /squadinfo will show the names of players in the squad and the amount of supply they are carrying. This command only takes squad members into account.

I’m not a commander, and had to look it up myself

its not working… if i type someones name in a party windows, i add him to a party not in a squad. Thats why i asking :S
