Guild Wars 2

Hey guys, i cant decide what to do right now, im definitly getting Hot. But right now i dont know what to do. So looking into all classes and elite specs, i love thief and ele, and im good with them..but im not really convinced of their elite specs. And here`s why:

-Im looking for a good class for pve, and i would like to run raids eventually, both ele/tempest, and thief/DD dont seem so good in this regard right now.
-I like wvw roaming, and spvp, dueling etc…. Hate zergs doe. Thief and ele are good at this, but they lack the PVE potential for hardcore content.+ thief is kinda lame in spvp right now…and im not sure if DD is gonna improve this

I would like for my next class to be capable of doing both of these things, and mesmer, necro and revenant are the ones that i like the most, but since revenant isnt here yet…Should i start lvling either my necro or my mesmer?…or should i just wait for revenant to come out and lvl him to 80.
Im not using tomes of knowledge or anything, im actually gonna try to lvl the class slowly and take my time learning them, since im not familiar with their playstyle/tactics etc. So this is why i dont really want to waste my time on necro/mesmer, when i could just wait for revenant and play him all the way, like a newcomer

Well since you can start Revenant in just under 26 hours from now if all goes smoothly with the launch, you may as well wait. Possibly catch up on sleep tomorrow so you can binge play as of release.

Both necro and mesmer are tons of fun though, in my opinion — it’s highly subjective and every profession has its cheerleaders and its decryers — so you could work on one of them a bit if you have the urge tomorrow. I’m partial to necromancer because reaper is so glorious, but if you can handle more complex keyboard dancing than I can, mesmer (my favorite vanilla prof) leads to chronomancer.

If nothing else you’ll repeat some events and such as you level each profession and thus get a comparison as to which you most enjoy out in the field.
