I sold a piece of starter gear that I wanted to keep by accident. Can I get another one somewhere?

create a new character, transmute it to a white item, put it in your bank, log to your main, put it on or transmute it to your armor.

you can do this with all starter items, my mesmer has all 3 mesmer maks, all 3 necro masks and the engineer hobo sack.
