Can you get sinister stats from any pvp reward track, or outside of crafting.

I googled it first, before anyone asks but all the posts i can find on the subject are like 5+ months old so i was hoping that in that time it was possible for them to have changed it. Even if not through a pvp reward track it’d be nice to have hope of getting some sinister gear without the need for crafting (i’m horrible at it, and to be honest i’ve never met a game that had a crafting system that i didn’t find disgustingly grindey and boring)

You can get Ascended sinister trinkets from doing the Living Story Season 2 achivements.

Outside of that, no. Crafting is the only way.

I kinda thought all stat combos had a chance to just be random drops if you had high enough luck.

Nope, the stat combos like Sinister, Zealot, and Nomad that were added after launch as craftable recipes don’t drop anywhere. The only sort-of-exception are the nomads and sinister trinkets from the LS achieves.

Naw, unfortunately they have to be crafted. You’ll need the recipe’s as well but they’re on the TP for pretty cheap. The good thing though is that you only have to be 400 level in your craft discipline to make them which is pretty quick to get to if you have a decent amount of mats saved or a small bit of $ to buy. Crafting boosters work wonders as well. Never thought much of them until I used one at it really makes a difference. Can probably get to 400 in an hour or so if you got enough mats or $ for them. Only thing that gets pricey is the Charged Ambrite. You can craft those but it takes forever because of the quartz stuff so I just ended up buying the Charged Ambrite on TP.

GL! Imo it’s a good set to have on hand for playing around with hybrid class builds. Pretty fun.
