Stay a while, and listen
Good advice. Too often, I’ve seen people run off immediately after an event wraps up, completely missing the next “chapter”.
Waiting For Death [WFD]

I like those little things – and there are quite a few. Thanks for sharing!
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
Had a similar thing happening. Was at a cementery at night and there was this lady who was looking for somebody to escort here home. I did the gentle man thing and accepted the escort. When we came to the gates off the cementery, she turn violent and became a mob to attack. Never saw that coming! Gave some nice loot also

You are totally right. There literally is stuff everywhere.
As an example I do a full run through Cursed Shore at least 2 times a day and I have been doing it for a couple weeks now, same route but I cover most of the map
This morning I did 3 events for the very 1st time. I mean I had no clue they were even there
So yea I wouldn’t be surprised if I missed about 75% of the events at this point
I’d love to, but the amount of inane babbling that NPCs do in this game seems overwhelming at times. “I told you not to sharpen the combabulator coils!” “I didn’t, it was Murfo. He was drunk!” “Oh. Well then why did you..” etc. etc.
I’d love it if this turned into something like having to solve the jump puzzle of the sharpened blades in the giant thingymabob of destruction.
But I mean… how much time do I have to spend? Will it ever turn into anything?
I’m not saying telegraph everything but… actually, yes I am: telegraph everything. It’s a game, and while I appreciate the designer’s work to no end, standing around waiting to see if something is going to happen isn’t my idea of fun.
If I think there is a chance, I tidy up my bags, look at my traits and what not. I’ve stumbled across some things and am OCD enough not to want to miss anything
I think the conversations are hilarious anyway. Props to whatever writer put in the “I challenged my wife to axe throwing.” That’s hilar.

Shaemoor cemetary – Lady in White huh?
I was looking for that event for a while, had talked to the Priest of Grenth who, at day, is in one of the crypt doorways. He said there was a restless ghost around at night. So I’ve been at that cemetary 10 nights in a row trying to find her… finally did!

Indeed, that’s the one i was talking about. I’m very bad at remembering names and i never saw the Priest, i was just wondering around at night and stumble on that event.
Sure was a nice twist

This is how I find many mission. after a while you can pick them out from the normal NPC banter.
