Or they meant to be done solo? Cuz frankly I’m finding the difficulty of some of them to be way over the top. The couple in Claw Island really kicked mykitten and now I just completed Forging he Pact. I can’t say I found it fun in any way, shape or form. Waves of 15+ mobs completely overwhelmed my NPC allies in seconds.

I think they must have toned up forging the pact.
I blazed through it on my ele with a ridiculous trait build.
Helped a guildy on it today, and she was dying pretty much every other group. I was dropping to about 2-3k hp, which would have meant I would have been dying the first time I did it, but I dont remember ever even coming close to death…

Personally I have soloed all my Warrior story (up till the last one which I haven’t done yet, waiting for guildies).

They can certainly be difficult and I love that about them.

If you are in a party with someone and they are in the same map/zone as you and then you enter a story instance the other party members will get a request to join you in it which they can accept or refuse.
