I’d like to know if my pc can handle streaming gw2.
Here are my pc specs and Internet
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 2,66GHz ATI Radeon HD 4850 500mb 4 GB RAM
Internet : Download Speed 30.91 Mbps and Upload 2.07 Mbps

My pc use to run gw2 with average 50/40 fps , but he hits 70/80 in zone without population and 20/30(Heart of the Mist) and 40/50/60 (Maps of Heart of the Mist ex: Tournaments)
If yes can you tell me what should I use in xpslit as Video Encoding : Quality, VBV Max Bitrate and VBV Buffer.
