Okay i swapped my silver for some gems 125 gems and bought x5 Basic Transmutation Stones… Logged in and out and closed the game and restarted pc and evrything still haven’t got them >:[ and that was all my silver Help!

What you wanna do is. Go the last tab in the gem store. They should be there.
Now go to the merchant in Lions Arch and pick them up

Actually, something very similar just happened to me.
I’m also missing my items after the purchase!
It’s good to know that whatever is happening is not happening to me alone, haha.
I opened a support ticket but maybe it’ll be resolved before that.

Either you love to burn through those transmutation stones or you don’t like completing areas. I have some 15 sitting in my bank all the time even if I use them…

It’s not even showing up in my purchase history though.

I’ve purchased through the gem store and I get my stuff instantly – via mail.

I checked mail, logged in and out i just cant think wat to do…

There’s a mail cap of 10 mails that sometimes mess things up. Try and delete old mails.

I feel for you not yet receiving your items but I really am curious why you bought them? I’ve got over 30 lesser and 5 greater in my bank from completing maps. Not dissing you by any means, just curious.

Because i wanted my Lvl 10 Charr To look badarse in lvl 80 Gear… Barbaric.
