Does anyone know what exactly to do for the Hinterlands liberator part of this one?

Well I got it.
Either kill the Champ Centaur with the slaves or kill the bandits who escort slaves.

Where is it located at in Harathi?

Just got this collection progress. The location is in the Wynchona Woods and the event is to stop a bandit caravan carrying slaves. Hope this helps

Is it possible that the event is buggy? I’ve stood there “ages” .. walked around as well but found nothing!

It is a dynamic event where you have to kill the guards transporting the prisoners. All you do is kill the guards and the veteran, and as soon as you complete it, it will give you the trophy on an instant. The path that the event goes through on the map is on the trail/path right above the “Wynchona Woods” title when you view it on the big map.

What about the Kessex Liberator? I can’t find quaggans in the Viathan Lake. The event doesn’t pop up, the only event that i see there all the time is The Blood Witch, which doesn’t give you the achievement. Is it bugged?
