Guild Wars 2

Trying to get the “Irradiated Light” item. Tried twice today , after someone uses the Matrix Key on the console I double click the Illuminator but nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong?

I am also going for Dawn. I got that step once the Matrix Key is used. Don’t jump in but inch towards the ledge. It was difficult but easily done.
