i have read in several places it was bugged, description didnt match effects.

So..Does this rune works as intented and displayed in description?

I use it on my ranger and it seems to work fine.

Apparently, the 3 set bonus (+50 power) doesnt take effect. One way to check it is to check your stats before and after wearing it if the +50 power adds up.

2 opinions, both are the opposite :S. Since people asked this before and doubt still there, is there any post with any official answer about this?

The only bug I have heard about is that #4 (5% chance to grant nearby allies fury, swiftness when you are stuck) does not work. I have a full set on my guardian and never have time to don’t worry about that 5% chance.

Further, as a test I just dequipped and indeed I am missing 50 Power (the #3 bonus).
So there ya go.

And now I have a reason to make the change I was planning sooner than later. :-)

I did not know this was bugged! What is the next best rune to use for my ranger?

@ Lisamee, you might look at rune of the eagle for extra precision and crit dmg. Unless you’re specifically seeking the majority of power that is on the rune. Rune of Hoelbrak, afflicted, centaur, vampirism and many more are all solid viable choices.
