Can someone confirm that Superior Runes of the Soldier actually affect party members by removing one condition on them as well when the wearer of these runes uses a shout?

I use it regularly on my Warrior’s dungeon gear and Yes it does work, just bear in mind that shouts have a range and are not simply party wide when watching for this.

Also works nicely with the shout that removes a party wide condition because it now removes 2 : )

Also note: Warriors, Guardians, and Rangers can make use of these runes.
