Just wondering if these are easy to make since the price is ridiculously low on the AH.
If so, is there a higher than normal chance to get these to pop on the mystic forge, or can you salvage from some easily obtainable armor set?

They’re low-value because they are worthless in terms of stats/usage currently, so demand is essentially nonexistent.
