Guild Wars 2

1) Lets say I have an energy and battle sigil on the same weapon. Will they both proc when switching to this weapon?

2) Swap sigils have an icd of 9 sec. Swapping weapon sets feature is on 10 sec. They will never overlap. Is the 9 sec icd only to prevent Runes of Warrior not to be too strong (Runes of Warrior has a -1sec on swap weapon sets)

1) Yes, both energy and battle will proc in that case. Sigils no longer share cooldown, so you can use any combination except two of the same sigils, like 2xbatlle sigils.

2)Warriors have a trait that allows them to swap weapons every 5s, elementalist also proc swap sigils when changing atunements and engineers when swaping kits. The sigils would be too strong for those profesions without an icd.
