Gameplay-wise that decisions doesn’t change anything, so pick anything you want.
If you are interested in roleplay then that decision must be answered by yourself.

Sorry if I didn’t answer directly, but that is the info you need ;D

Charter Vanguard [CV] – HoD
Bardy Belzebuson – Ranger Sir Belzebu – Herald
(and the other 8 elite specs maxed too)

Charm, Dignity and Ferocity were gameplay elements that were included in the early days of the game but was later quietly removed from the Hero panel. Even before the removal, these 3 “character personality traits” had significance within the game: it didn’t affect NPC interactions, had no gameplay significance, no way of examining the personality of another player, and many of the responses tied to these traits were necessarily appropriate.

What you’re seeing in character creation and some NPCs (namely the Speed boost NPCs in cities) are remnants of the bygone era and evidence of ANet’s sloppiness.

Their functions were mostly removed but not entirely.

Anomalies:
:: Although most aspects of personality have been removed from the game, some parts of the system remain, notably:
• You must still choose a personality during character creation.
• Dialogue choices sometimes still show the impact on personality, especially during personal story instances and when requesting the City Travel buff to increase speed in town
