T6 Totems

I’ve been working on farming my T6 mats for my legendary, but I’m having a hard time finding mobs that drop the T6 Totem (sorry forgot the actual name of it). Does anyone know of an area where these are known to drop at?

From what I’ve heard, Inquest in Malchor’s Leap, Grawl in Frostgorge (and Fractals) can drop them. They’re also available in Heavy Moldy Bags, which drop from most risen mobs.
