Guild Wars 2

Hey guys, guardian here. I was wondering if it was possible to target an AoE on yourself or on an ally by having them as your target. Mostly I want to know because trying to use consecrations underwater is really messing me up.

1. Move cursor over the minimap
2. double tap the hotkey for the desired consecration (by default either 7, 8 or 9)
3. enjoy the consecration pop-up at your position
