Targeting and mobs
You’ll likely be a lot better off once you disable auto-targeting. This will also help you avoid targeting everything in open world, including moas, deer, etc, as you’re running around and using abilities to move faster. If you turn of auto-targeting you can still use tab to select nearest target.
Ill check things out with Targeting switched off, see how I fare. I fear I may be just whining, and simply have to improve my control of the character ?
Anyways thanks.
I recommend binding ‘Select Nearest Target’ to an easily accessible key. That can help a great deal with properly targeting things in melee. I use a combination of tab (next target), my nearest target bind, and sometimes click targeting to make sure I get what I want.
It’s probably a combination of having to turn off auto-target and improving your control. Having select nearest target bound also helps.
