does anyone know where to get this?

It’s part of the The Flameseeker Prophecies I: The Experimental Shield collection.
I have searched all the LA sea floor but didn’t find a thing. There is only the drill leftover from the Scarlet’s machine but there is no object to interact with and just being there doesn’t give me anything either …

you tried diving down inside the breachmaker to the bottom?

there used to be an achievement back then where i had to interact far down inside the breachmaker underwater

so try that if you havent dived down to the bottom there
