I’m on my way to complete Shiverpeak Mountains exploration (173/175), one of the reported missing places is The Foundation Stones. I’ve been there already but my visit was not credited. I went back there today (see screenshot), with no results. I can’t say why. Any help/suggestion?

it is bugged, visually. you got it already. if you count the places you need you’ll probably find 3 listed (The Foundation Stones included), but only the other 2 will count to finish the achievement.
