Cultural armor tier3 costs about 100gold to get all the pieces… Is this some kind mistake?
The armor itself is not that good at stats but the look of it is awesome so I am trying to get it but the price… kittenit!
This really does not help stopping the gold sellers because the in-game gold shop is just… kitten!!!
This also brings out lot of botters so its just lose in every way you look

GW was the same way as well. Fine by me. Acquiring these items should take a lot of work, not something that should be simply obtained.

Unless you want to use real-life currency to buy gems and to convert them into additional coins, you will need to figure an alternative to make gold to buy those cultural armor sets.

I agree, ofcourse you have to work for them but going overkill? Is that really what you call good solution?

You see it as overkill… I do not unfortunately. Which is fine. The overkill you might be seeing is all the gold sinks that this game has like the fast travel and costs for other things… takes a lot out of you to get the nice things.. so it seems you might have to grind or farm to get a lot of that gold.

The travel is nothing, its just fraction of what you get, if you would get only 1copper from quests and the traveling would costs 1gold, that would be overkill. You can get that travel cost back in just a matter of minutes when you go and kill random mobs. But to get one gold, you have to spend more than a day of just doing events, if you are lucky as hell.
Now I do agree that you need to have some carrot on a stick that makes you want to play the game, the armor is mine, but I just find that the ammount is way too high.
I agree the price needs to be high, I dont want to get it right away when I hit max level, but the overwhelming ammount is just ridiculous. And I really dont want to spend hundreds of dollars of real money to get it via gems

idk, at lv70, a few hours of killing stuff in various high level areas seem to give me a lot of coins for my efforts. if i am lucky, 2g + a lot of various crafting goodies.

Well thats nice and all but I see it just bringing out botters :l

after 50 times “a few hours” you’ll have enough

I think its abit much as well. but i don’t care that much about looks. i usually prefer simpler looks and not the exagerated stuff.
