What’s the best weapon combination for a theif? or is it just preference?

Having said that, it’s really based on preference. Do you want to kill mobs through Condition damage or Physical damage? Are you a “stand your ground” melee, a “dancing butterfly” melee player, a “jousting in and out of melee” player, or a “pure ranged” player? Once you’ve indentified your prefered play style, then we Thieves can make you some suggestions.
