Thief Stealth-Trap Issue
Well, the wiki page on Stealth says the following:
“Abilities that do not deal direct damage (like Caltrops, or the Traps which do not deal direct damage) will not break stealth, even though they apply damaging conditions.”
So, traps that are just applying conditions but don’t do damage directly wouldn’t break stealth.
Yes, doesn’t really change the fact that this seems to be a design flaw in my opinion. a player can do anything he/she chooses without risk unless the other player has stealth disruptor traps.
Run something with condo removal or taunt. Thieves like that general doesn’t survive in open combat when their stealth is broken and they rely primarily on their condi for dps.
ha, also met the perma stealth condi traps few days ago, thought it was hacks, and he can easily down and stomp squishy player without even reveal, this is crazy but perfect spy to follow a zerg while killing off tail.
