Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I’ve been looking around and couldn’t find a way to transfer my old wings “back armor” to another character.
Because there are no white back armors you can transmute on

All you got to do is this, Get a Transmutation Splitter, use it on the desired wing to transfer, It will split all the items inside it & make the Dragon Wing skin “Account Bound”
Place it in a bank & log the other character you wanna use on
Get a Transmutation Stone & Voilà.

Again sorry if this was mentioned before, just wanted to share because I didn’t find it anywhere.

Yes there are white backs. All the fluffy plushie backs come with a white empty item leather strap so that lowbie chars can use it before you can find playable backpacks. I think they are accountbound on aquire when you open the set. But you can buy a cheap backpack set and take out the back strap.
