What are the titles and why they are needed, how to use them? What and where to change from what I choose the title in the achievements? For example “combat healer”?

Titles are just for looks,. To get the title “combat healer” you must resurect 1000 people. Once this is done the title unlocks and you can equip it by pressing H and selecting the title from the drop down.

I chose the title “combat healer” but I do not understand what has changed now, the title once they see other players?

When players have you targetted, your title will appear below your name.

A friend and I have both achieved the Combat Healer title. However, when we target each other, neither of us sees the title on the other. Is this a visual bug? I’ve played around with my visual settings a bit with no result as far as the titles go.

Achieving is not enough, you have to select it. press ‘H’ , go to the achievements tab, and on the left top corner you will see a drop down menu where you can select the title you want to be displaying. You can only display one title at a time.

Ah, yes, I should have mentioned that we have done that as well. Still not showing up.
