To make things short, I’ve been away for a year. I decided to buy HoT and am enjoying it thus far but, I’ve noticed a lot has changed. Most T5&6 mats are low price and a lot of unusual mats that weren’t worth much before are now worth a ton. So, what I suppose I’m asking is what are Materials I should look out for now? I’ve tried searching but, haven’t found many useful sources so if anybody could point me in a direction or link me it would be appreciated. Also, is Trick or Treat bag farming dead now? I see no runs for it.

You can check gw2spidy.com for prices if that’s what you mean. You look out for whatever is a high price, not sure what else to say on that. You can always just right click “sell on TP” anything and then see what it goes for. I usually do that since I don’t care to keep up with all the fads.

Halloween hasn’t started yet.

The Maize Balm farm is dead for a variety of reasons and it is very unlikely to ever see a return, also for a variety of reasons.

ToT bag farm is dead they nerfed it from 9 ambients to 1 among other things.

You can use the TP to search for Materials, and then click the arrow next to price to have the list order Materials from lowest to highest, and, of course, vice versa. That’s an easy in-game way to see what’s selling for a good amount currently.

At least, that’s what I use if I’m at the bank and considering selling mats. I also use it to see what foods I might craft to sell for profit.
