I was wondering can you still buy tome of knowledge and if you can how and where??

I’d like to know too if you can buy these Tome of Knowledge for gems or coins.. I want to level up my alts faster....

As far as i’m aware you can only get tomes of knowledge from Black Lion Chests and as part of the PvP reward tracks now (8 per track). http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Krytan_Region_Track.

You can’t buy them. The closest thing to tomes of knowledge in game is dungeon buying, you get about 3/4 a level for 2 to 7 gold.
