I have listed an item at 3.2k golds. So, logically, I should get back 2720g but why is it showing near 2.9k gold in the TP box? I don’t remember having more than 100 golds stashed in there.

You would have 2880 g from the sale, your posted price minus 10%. The 5% posting fee, 160 g, was paid when you offered it up for sale.
