Earlier i brought a Grandmaster’s training manual to reset my traits as they were horrible. But when i had it, i double clicked to open it but it bugged and didnt disappear nor did it reset my traits help

Training manuals are only used to unlock the tier of traits they are created for(Adept for 1st tier, master for 2nd and grandmaster for 3rd) and not for reseting. They only reset your traits when you first learn them. To reset them go to your trainer and choose the choise to reset your traits.

Each manual can only be used once per character to unlock the respective traits. Getting your traits reset is only a side effect of those items.

To just reset traits, talk to a trainer NPC of your class, he has a dialog option for that.

by the way: resetting your traits at level 80 costs 3 silver 50 copper instead of the 2 gold you paid for the manual

That will leave you with a spare manual. You can sell it on the TP for a small loss, save it for another toon, or trade with a friend.
