Guild Wars 2

Without thinking, I bought a trait book for my Elementalist who already had the book in question unlocked. There wasn’t any warning in red in the book when I hovered though, and now I’m stuck with a book I can’t do anything with (2 skill points, is 2 skill points…) is there any place/way to refund it?

If you ever make an alt ele? Otherwise destroy it I guess.
