Trait points costing 2/3 per selection?

Because you have 7 points in the line. It’s asking if you want to quick-spend to the required amount (in this case 10).
If you had 0 points, it would ask you to spend 10 points to get it. If you had 3 points, it would ask you to spend 7 points, etc, etc, etc.
