I play a necro and there are a few traits that I’m considering if they stack.

Quickening Thirst (Move faster when wielding daggers; 10% Main Hand, 15 Dual)
Does this stack with Signet of the Locust (10% speed increase)?

Vampiric (Steal life when you hit)
Does this stack with Vampiric Precision (Steal life when you crit)?

To add on to your question, I was also wondering if the six ability of “Superior Rune of the Traveler” (+5% moment speed) would also stack more movement speed or not.
