Hey…I’m new to the whole world thing and I have heard on GW2 wiki that you can switch worlds for free if u have not rolled any characters…just wondering if it was true.

Yes, it is. You only technically pay for transferring characters. Without them, world switching is free. Keep in mind that you can also always freely guest to worlds within your region.

So if u already rolled chars. but delete them, u can transfer for free??

Yes, if all your characters are deleted there is no fee to transfer servers.
Also I’ve been told that anything you have in the bank when you delete all your characters will be there in the bank on your new server, though I haven’t tried doing that myself so take it with a grain a salt.
