If a world is “Full” when trying to transfer, is it permanently locked out from having new characters, or does it fluctuate based on how many are logged in and I could maybe transfer over at a dead hour?
A:
If its full, the its reach the maximum number of accounts the server can handle. You would have to wait for someone on that server to transfer to a different server to open up a spot.
wrong, it fluctuates .. keep trying and youll get in eventually
Just go early in the morning or something then the server won’t be full
