I need some help with understanding something. I used Scythe skin on mine elementalist, than i ransfered skin fron ele to guardian with Transmutation crystals. And than i transmutate scythe with exotic.
What i will recive now when I will use Transmutation Splitter? Exotic and Scythe Skin? Exotic + Blue iten with scythe look? If Scythe skin it will be a soulbound or not?

The transmutation splitter can only give back the two items that currently make up the one you’re splitting.

But it can’t give back consumable skins, so you get a random weapon with the skin applied. I’m not sure what rarity but I assume white or blue because they’re not going to give you free rares or exotics.

So if it’s currently an exotic with the scythe skin then you’ll get back the exotic exactly as it was and the skin applied to a random weapon of the same type. Anything else you’ve transmuted it with along the line is gone, you won’t be able to get them back.
