I would like to ask whats currently the best method of farming transmutation charges? Without spending gems ofc.

Create a toon, explore all cities. 1 transmutation charge as reward per city. Delete & repeat.

You might want to combine that with a key run. Create a human for that, choose “raised by common people”, do the personal story until the part until you get the key (takes roughly about 30-40 minutes) and then go exploring the cities. By doing so, you have the advantages of your first utility slot and (depending on your class) can slot somekind of speedbuff.
