So I have a question. Lets say I have just made a Zoija’s axe(zerker stats), and decide to transmute it with the ascended condition skin, now its cond skin with zerker stats. Then I decide to transmute it with a random blue axe, having the skin and the blue stats, to make it accountbound so i can send it to another character. And then i decide to use the transmutation splitter on it. Will I get the Zoija’s axe with zerker skin and the blue axe, or will i get the zojia’s axe with the condition skin and the blue axe?

You will get the condition axe and the blue axe.

Can anyone tell me if I use a transmutation splitter on a ascended backpack with a skin with no stats, will I get the skin back?

If I understand correctly, you applied a "Cover " (like the Holographic Dragon Wings) on an ascended back item right?

In that case, you will get your ascended back item and another back item with the applied skin and random stats (you will not get your free-to-apply cover).
