Guild Wars 2

I have seen this done a few times before by someone who also had a Mesmer but wanted the mask from their Necro alt. I’m not certain how this is done because isn’t the mask soulbound to the Necro?

Can one of you kind folks explain how I can do this for my Mesmer as well?

depending on the the current level off the mask you need either 2 transmuatation stones or if one of the items involved is level 80 transmuation crystals. You also need a white (basic quality) cheap low level light mask (just pick something on the TP).

1: go on your necro and transmutate the skin of the wraith mask onto the white gear from the TP. This gearpiece should now be account bound.
2: put it into the bank, logon to you mesmer and take it out.
3: either equip it right away or transmuate the skin of the white mask to whatever headgear stats you want or prefer.

Transmute it to a low level white item ( I believe the first head gear is lvl 10 ). This should make it account bound, then just put it in the bank and pull it out with whatever character you want.
