I transmuted my Flame Eye helmet armor onto another helmet and now nothing shows up on my characters head. Is there any way to get that Flame Eye look back? I tried making another character to transfer another Flame Eye, but they are Soul Bound.

Me too. I sent in a report ticket and haven’t heard anything back yet. If it isn’t fixed, then I’ve lost 200 gems I spent on a dye pack, and 2 transmutation stones (I thought I should try it again for experimental purposes, it failed). I might reroll..idk yet (if it isn’t fixed I mean).

I had the same issue with the Storm Eye. I logged a ticket, and got a response saying to send a ticket in-game, which I did, but it specifically says not to expect a response when logging the in-game ticket. I don’t have a great deal of hope this will get fixed any time soon

That was the first thing I tried. Turning it off and on didn’t work.

A reply from support said they are aware of the issues and working on it. So I think we can expect a fix eventually, even if it may take awhile.

I have the same issue with my Storm Eye that I transmuted over over a level 80 Exotic helm.=/
