Is it still possible to transmute my legendary over to another toon and as well as keeping the ascended stats? any answers would be much appreciated thank you XD

This is a good question. My guess is it will lose it’s ability to choose stats when you transmute it, but a splitter (used by the new owner) should be able to get the ability back.

Basically, they found a way to make some money when players pass around Legendary weapons with that transmute exploit.

Transmute it, switch to another toon, then use tranmutation splitter to get your original legendary back. You will still be able to choose your stats this way.
