Hi, I got a pretty dumb questions to ask. but I just want to make sure.

Can i Transmute Heavy armour appearance onto medium armours?

Or i can only go by the same tier, meaning medium to medium, heavy to heavy?

no you cannot do that im afraid, you have to do like for like i.e. medium helm to medium helm
