Guild Wars 2

Hi all, I’m trying to find this hat in the world, this is a picture of me using the preview locker in the mists where it has the name commando, but the commando hat I have in the world is different (like a dirty bandana facemask).

Has anyone seen this in the world, and if so what is it called, thanks

I want this armor set soo freaking bad, but I can’t actually find it in game(other than the tower lords in WvW who wear it.)

I have got 4 pieces of the set as the rewards from the personal story quests, think all 4 pieces were from straits of devastation parts of the chain, so if you do them you end up with (at least, I may have missed/lost some) coat, legs, shoulders and helm (which as said in the original post is a different design than the one in the pvp locker).
