Trying to play GW2 in 1920 x 1080

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could explain to me how I can tell if a tv will run GW2 in 1920 × 1080 clear. I tried putting my current tv in 1920 × 1080 display and it looked terrible

Check out if your TV offers a “Pc Mode” or something similar.

With terrible I assume you mean you don’t get a sharp picture?

What’s the native resolution of the TV? What about it looked horrible?

Your TV support “Full HD” resolution?
Also for 1080 resolution you need HDMI connection, if you are using any other thing then you are not actually getting it, but instead just an emulation or a scaling to 1080.

Can you post what TV you have?
