Two questions
I’m relatively sure that might affects damage done only on new condition stacks, not the ones already cast. The insane cost of recalculating already existing ongoing damage, would be staggering and not worth the server time.
Aside from being a double key press instead of a single one, which should be marginally slower,. there is no advantage I can see in double clicking outside of jumping puzzles.
1. Might applies only to attacks made and conditions inflicted while it is active.
2. If you have you options set to dodge on double tap, then using the dodge hotkey (usually V) will make you dodge directly BACKWARDS ONLY. If double tap is disabled, then V will make you dodge in whichever direction you are moving. Whether this is a disadvantage or not depends on what you are used to.
Thanks on the might question. I played the game for a year using double tap (and using the ASWD keys for movement) and recently have been trying to retrain myself to use the mouse for movement, but dodging is proving hard to adjust to using the V key, and some movement still requires the ASWD keys (particularly when gliding). So I’m wondering if it’s worth the hassle, cuz holy cow am I dying alot now…
