The whole game, with the exception of the Heart of Thorns zones and pvp/wvw/fractals, is in Tyria. Where exactly are you trying to go?

HoT is in Tyria a well. Tyria is both the name of the continent as well as the name of the planet, both of which apply to HoT.
Presumably the OP is in the PvP lobby or something. Need more info.
