Guild Wars 2

I have been unable to find this particular armor skin in question:

I have checked most karma merchants, dungeon merchants, crafting lists, no pieces exist on the trading post, and I’ve never even seen a single piece of it drop. Anyone have any idea on where it might be obtainable for PvE? If it helps any, the PvP skin is named Commando (which is a nightmare in itself to try to google, thanks for naming it that).

4 or 5 pieces are available ONCE from the story mode rewards on the last final missions. Unfortunately I skipped them. I’m crying to ArenaNet now to bring it back somehow, be it story mission replays or just add it as a drop.

I’m also trying to find any info about this armor for my thief. Apparently, the chest, leggings and a few other pieces are given as story rewards in the late level 70’s, but the head piece you can get isn’t the same one as shown in the screenshot, which is also used for the PvP Stalwart set, of which there is even less info available for in PvE

Everything about this set is a confusing mess, and thanks to Anet’s april fool’s joke, it’s hard to find anything about it.

When you have to pick this as your story reward is it actually called commando? Or do the icons match that picture? Because I really want this set and don’t want to miss out on it (on story quest lvl 72).

Yeah, even the story reward items are called Commando.

Still no word on the helm though. It appears to simply not exist in PvE.

Luckily I saved the coat and pants rewards because I liked the skin and using them on exotics now. Didn’t even know that they were unique until I started to look for more to alternative set some time ago.

Yeah, I’m desperately seeking this set as well. If anyone finds it from a vendor somewhere, I’d love to know!
