Is it possible to obtain this awesome backpack some other way than by creating new engineer? Some karma vendor for example?

I have one at lvl 80 already, so its not an option really, and I realized too late how awesome it would be if i transmuted this skin for some better back gear.

Please share your knowledge if you know something that would help

You can’t. It’s a starter item, one of which is obtained by each new character upon creation. They’re soulbound, so you’re out of luck.
I’d suggest a guild backpack though. From 1g to 5g, depending on the stats you want.
