Where can I obtain the Holiday Display Case? According to the wiki, I can obtaining it with the ‘Grawnk Munch’ Achievement. However, I repeatedly looked for Grawnk and the Orphan in different Home Instances and could not find them in the similar spots they were at during the 2014 Wintersday Event.

PS. I haven’t played/login for a long time so I missed the Wintersday Event and the Letter

The Holiday display case is a consumable that was the reward for doing Warming Grawnk’s Heart. That requires Grawnk to be available and if you didn’t start the event before Wintersday ended, he is not available.
